What size should I order ?

What are your T-shirts made of ?
Compared to other cotton tees, our Tees are stronger and softer as they have been made with 100% Ringspun cotton . It’s really about the durability. Also the side seams and shoulder tape help it maintain it’s comfortable fit even after many washes. Â
Our products are printed in the UK. We adhere to strict standards of safe and fair employment practices including health and safety, discrimination, working hours and forced or under age labour.

What printing methods do you use ?
We mainly use water-based inks which are absolutely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradableis. We hope that our continued use of these, and PVC Free inks, will help to reduce any negative impact on the environment.Â

What are the care instructions ?Â
For all garments, we advise you to follow these instructions for washing and drying.Â
- Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron over print.Â

How quickly are the orders processed?Â
Our turnaround time is 3-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.

Which countries to you ship to ?Â
At the moment , we only ship to UK customers but we will soon ship worldwide.Â

How long it will take my order to arrive ?Â
This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries.Â

Returns and ExchangesÂ
Do you accept returns ?
For a stress free refund simply return any product you are not happy with, within 14 days of ordering the product to ;

The product should be undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or not worn on and in the same state that it was sold to you. Please note that any labels or tags must remain intact.Â
Please note that we do not issue refunds for sale items.
What do I do if the product is faulty?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email or send an email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.Â
